Two more sleeps and I’m heading to Dubai to bring in the New Year with my beautiful boyfriend. It will be the longest time we’ve spent together since the summer. I’m so excited that the butterflies have moved from my tummy to all around my chest :)

Had the most perfect mini-Christmas with Murray.
We woke up early, listened to Christmas songs and snuggled in bed. We opened our presents to each other and munched yummy sausage sandwiches, before popping to the shop for veg and dessert. We came home, put the dinner on to cook and snuggled in front of Muppet Christmas Carol (officially the best Christmas film).

So on Tuesday I got the train from Leicester to London to meet Murray :)
We hadn’t seen each other since I went home to meet his parents, so it was lovely to get some time alone together and do something fun. We did lots of Christmas sight-seeing, Murray was particularly impressed with Big Ben and how very big it actually is. We got dinner in China Town, did some shopping in Camden, hit up...

Hello again Tumblr :)
I’m still a busy bee, but everything’s settled down a little bit more now, thankfully. Can’t actually believe that tomorrow is my last day ever of lectures. Three and a half years have absolutely zoomed by - it’s a little bit scary to think that the next time I do any real therapy, it will be as a qualified, independent SLT. Amazing - but terrifying....
